Before starting on this journey. Start by a self-assessment that helps you understand where you are at now, what areas of opportunities are needed, and what are you already doing well? See below ⬇️
Learn.
When we think of our bodies and movement, we must understand the relationship of our anatomy, and different positions in which the body moves. If you understand that, you will have a much better understand to why you exercise.
Listen.
Once you’ve identified a couple of movements that need improvement. Start at the breathing and anatomy lessons, learn about the different muscles involved, and how your breathing can influence how you move.
Grow.
Practice these movements, if your goal is improve your hip mobility, consistency is the key to unlocking your hips and helping you grow. Even if it’s one exercise a week, keep on moving. Assess, Learn, and Build.

0 - Pain
1 - Cannot Complete Movement
2 - Can Complete Movement Sufficiently, however, imbalance or lacking full range of motion
3 - Can Complete Movement without Hesitation
Try to complete 3 Reps for each assessment, take notes if you feel any imbalance, tightness, or differences
