Assessment for Hip ADDUCTION
*Goal is to complete 3 reps on each side, take note and switch*
Start by sitting on a chair
Sitting up nice and tall, belly button drawn in towards the spine
Make a fist with each hand, and place them between your legs
Squeeze as hard as you can for 5 seconds, repeat 2 more times
Pay attention to differences on each side, any tightness, and even record yourself for better assessing how you move
