Sometimes when we realize we need to change, its usually because something isn't working and we need to hit the reset button.
However, we may not know how to get from:
Point A ⏭ Point B
There are numerous moving parts in the process of changing one's lifestyle. From your physical health to your emotional and social health. And so much more.
Begin by determining your Point B.
-What do you want to achieve in terms of goals or desires?
-What changes do you need to make in your life to achieve those goals?
-Do you have a time constraint? Can you get from Point A to Point B in time?
-Why should I change? (Keep asking yourself this question till you KNOW why you need to change)
Then determine your Point A.
-What is your starting point?
-What data do you have that can assist you in getting to Point?
-What limitations do you have now?
-What benchmarks are you going to use to measure progress?
-What are SIMPLE Daily Actions you can do everyday?
Strategize an Action Plan.
-Gather some post-it notes
-Think about the change you want to make or the goals you are working towards
-Brainstorm ideas for SPECIFIC, CONCRETE action that might help you reach your goal
-Write one idea on each post-it note
-Organize your ideas by what you feel like you can do first!
