Starting April 1st, KIMFIT HIPS will launching Weekly Series that will give you step-by-step guidance & progressions into your current hip mobility. With the weekly series, you’ll learn about the different movements of the hip plus anatomy lessons as well as different breathing position, and each week will build on top of the last lesson.
