KIMFIT HIPS is designed to help you build awareness in how your hips move, learn how the body moves from an anatomical perspective and start building a more nimble and flexible you.
On this site, you have access to the Movement Library with over 50 instructional videos, plus you have positional education videos that teach you how to breathe, how to engage certain muscles, and assess where you currently are, and then having movements to follow.
So where do you start?

Assess. Start with the assessment, you can record yourself, or just write down how you feel on each assessment
Learn. Go to the breathing positions and anatomy, and learn how your body is supposed to move.
Practice. Watch a movement, practice it, takes notes, and once mastered that, move on to the next one.
Be Consistent. When we think about tightness or inflexibility, we often think its genetic or that its too hard to improve on. So that’s why I created this program, for you to take your time, break things down into smaller pieces, and do it on your own pace.
