2. Setting Up for Success!

If you want to be successful in completing the 21 days and moving well in 2023, then you need to prioritize you!

Write down some goals you want to achieve by the end of the 21 days.

Maybe that’s just completing the 21 days!

maybe that leads into moving 20 minutes more each week gradually.

Or that could be finding a gym after the 21 days to keep up the momentum.

Finding a coach to help you push towards new goals!

Whatever your goals are, write a couple down.

NEXT,

Pick a time and stick to it. 9AM or 9PM, whatever time you are going to do this, get specific and try to duplicate.

The more consistent we are on timing, the easier this will be. So all you have to do, is press play.

When we don’t have a schedule or planned ourselves into the equation, we lose sight of wants really important.

YOU.

YOU ARE IMPORTANT. YOUR TIME MATTERS. YOU DESERVE 12 MINUTES EVERYDAY.

See this is more than just a hip mobility class or challenge.

This is a catalyst for change.

And all it takes is 12 minutes a day.

I believe in you.

and I hope you believe in yourself.

3. TAKE YOUR TIME

Obviously, the main reasoning here is to do under 12 minutes.

But if you have the time, do an extra set, take one more minute to breathe, spend some time on the hardest exercise of the day, journal how each exercise felt.

If you are stuck or something is challenging, go back. Or find the exercise in the on demand library and spend some time working on it.

If you find a common movement that is challenging, make that a priority.

If you want to see some real results…Take the assessment, and see how you score.

The best way to know what to work on is to test.

4. HAVE FUN

This is a challenge, but have fun doing so!

It has been a blast filming these sessions, and I hope you have as much fun as I do!

I hope that these 21 days turn into a lifetime of learning and moving your body with more awareness and strength.

And that you too will move with intention and resilience.
