While my workouts and the like were not what I thought or hoped. I feel the work we did on mind and body was instrumental in the success of my work there- navigating and speaking at a conference of 42,000 people, and enabling my mental and physical stamina for days that started at 5:30 am and ended at midnight or later.   • I don't know if you're looking for a personal trainer. If you are, I'm writing to commend John Kim, a skilled professional who's worth his weight in gold. I think I told you that, in 2013, I was diagnosed with Parkinson's. No cure available, medical consensus is that vigorous physical activity can, in some instances, slow the disease's progress. John Kim has, to my best assessment, kept me ahead of any noticeable symptoms
