Assessment for Hip ABDUCTION

*Goal is to complete 3 reps on each side, take note and switch*

Start on your side

Head is supported by your hand, bending your elbow

Make sure to keep your hips from not leaning back

With your top leg, you are going to raise it up towards the ceiling

Pay attention to differences on each side, any tightness, and even record yourself for better assessing how you move
